No Labor Today

We have had a wonderful, relaxing weekend! We intended to get some work done around our house, but we never made it that far! So the windows will be washed another weekend.

Nothing terribly exciting this past week . . . except Noah is taking several steps at a time without falling down! He'll walk about four or five steps before falling forward. However, we've noticed he'll walk a little farther when he doesn't realize we're watching him. Makes us wonder if he walks all over at daycare and is fooling us - it's been known to happen once or twice!

We bought him another pair of shoes this weekend, but he's still not sure what to make of them. They're the same size as his Chucks but seem to fit a little better. He still lifts his feet really high to take steps, like he's afraid he'll trip over them!

We went to the park this morning for a few minutes. It was already very muggy at 9 this morning, and there were three little boys there who seemed to want us to be step-in parents for them, though their own mom and dad were a few feet away playing tennis! They wanted us to push them on the swings, help them with notes for their report on bees and other things we didn't really feel like doing when we had Noah to chase.

Noah has a favorite new trick. He manages to take his pants off while sleeping! We've just been turning the air off at night instead of trying to get him dressed again.

We have a short week ahead of us before we head home for the Fair! Should be fun taking Noah on a few rides. We'll see how it goes, anyway!
