Grandma Pat came to spend a couple days with us; we had a great time visiting with her.
Yesterday we went to the doctor for Noah's one-week check-up. He's perfect in every single way except for his weight. He was 4 pounds 8 ounces (one pound lighter than he was at birth), so we're going back for another check tomorrow. The doctor said his color is great, his lungs work well, his strength is incredible and his umbilical cord looks good. Just that pesky weight!
Today we went on our first trip to Wal-Mart. Noah survived it! We had to get more preemie-size diapers and Savannah's birthday gift. We're sorry to miss her 5th b-day party, but I'm sure she'll have a wonderful time. Then we went to see Dad's work - Noah was not as impressed, but he didn't really get the full tour of the building. Maybe next time!
Desi and McKe came to visit this afternoon. McKe wanted to switch Gavin out for Noah, but we figured Dave would probably switch them right back pretty quickly!
Now we're just trying to get some rest in anticipation of our busy weekend! In the meantime, here are some pics from our early days!

Glad to hear that he had his first trip to Wal-Mart! Yes, Savannah had a wonderful time at her party. She LOVED her gift. We did miss you all, though. Grandma Pat made sure to get a "souvenier" for Noah, or Dave I'm not sure which. Hope to see a picture on this site!
